Participation and submission to The Circ Arist Grant acknowledges the artist's unconditional acceptance of the rules, disclaimer, and privacy terms.

ARTIST'S RIGHTS

The artist submitting work must have full rights to the submitted work and be the original artist. Artist takes full responsibility for the content of all images, including the likeness of recognizable individuals. If the artwork is found to not be original, The Circ Artist Grant, nor its partners, founder or affiliates bear no responsibility or liability for copyright infringement. The work(s) in question will be disqualified and immediately removed from the website and social media platforms.

Winners agree to give permission for the use of their artwork for promotion and marketing through the Circ Artist Grant. Upon grant distribution, you allow the Circ Artist Grant the right to reproduce your work on our website, social media, and where appropriate, to help promote further online opportunities. The artist will always be credited and the artist's images will not be used for any other purpose without prior consent.

By entering through CaFÉ, you agree to be added to the Circ Artist Grant's email list for future artist opportunities. 

Submission rights

Upon submission to the Circ Artist Grant, the artist will retain full copyrights to their work.

Entry fee

The entry fee is non-refundable and not inclusive of any tax applied by the artist's own country.

Juror Decision

Jurors' decisions are final and the decisions cannot be appealed on any grounds.
